Labor Birth & Postpartum Doula

Birth and Postpartum Support Package: $750

​​

  • 2 prenatal appointments (typically 2 hours each)​

  • 24/7 phone and email support for questions​

  • “On-Call” support starting at 38 weeks​(exceptional for gestational of 36 weeks)

  • Continuous labor support from the onset of active labor until a few hours after the baby is born​

  • Breast/Chest feeding support after the baby is born​

  • 3 postpartum follow-up visit at your home

We understand that you cannot always plan when you give birth. That's why we are on call for you 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth. We join you when you desire and stay until 1-2 hours after birth. During your labor and birth, we provide continuous support for you and your family. We provide encouragement, reassurance, and perspective. We make suggestions for labor to progress. We help with relaxation and soothe your discomfort with comfort measures such as massage, positioning, heat, and water.

This Package includes the following:

• Assistance with a birth plan and education about birth options. • One prenatal visit to discuss the birth. • 24-hour on-call phone and text support starting 36 weeks gestation until the birth of your baby • 24-hour on-call beginning two weeks prior to the due date and until the birth of your baby. • Immediate postpartum support following the birth of your baby for approximately 1-2 hours

Postpartum & Infant care Support

Postpartum & Newborn Support Package:$40.00/hr( 24 hours Min)
• Assistance with a birth plan and education about birth options • 24-hour on-call phone and text support starting 36 weeks gestation until the birth of your baby • Immediate postpartum support following the birth of your baby for approximately 1-2 hours • 2 prenatal visits • Attendance at 1 of your care provider appointments with your Midwife or OB/GYN   • Attendance at one of your care provider appointments • 3 in-home postpartum visits (3 hours each visit) • Postpartum Bath Kit • Breastfeeding Support • Labor Recovery Care • Light Housekeeping & Laundry • Errands • Newborn & Sibling Care • Emotional Support

Bedrest Rest

If your pregnancy becomes complicated, your support needs may start earlier. Healing Hearts Doulas provides bedrest and sick day doulas to make sure you have assistance every day you need it. We can help with household task management, errand running, driving you to appointments, and more. Chat with us about your needs today.

Virutal Doula Package

Virtual Doula Package:$40/hr
Our virtual doula services allow us to work with you from 36-weeks to gestation, with 24/7 on-call support, providing you with an educated birth plan, and the information you need to guide you through your pregnancy.
This package includes:
• Free 30 min initial consultation via Skype, google hangout or phone • 2 prenatal meetings to discuss options during your pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum via phone, google hangout or phone • Available via phone and text with any questions regarding your labor and birth experience from 21 weeks until 2 weeks after birth •Help creating your birth plan • 24/7 on call support from 38 weeks gestation until baby is born • Phone call availability during labor to help assist with birth options
